Responsibilities

Perform financial data reconciliations

Prepare accounting journal entries

Resolve unmatched entries, actively seeking solutions to minimize these differences

Identify weaknesses in daily operations, suggest and implement process improvements

Collaborate with various accounting stakeholders to ensure smooth monthly account closures, accurate and timely financial reporting

Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as required

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA

3-5 years of relevant experience, including Big Four audit experience

Hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment

Team player with strong adaptability

Proactive and results-oriented problem solver

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Deep understanding of accounting principles

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently
