Requirements

Ability to collaborate and communicate (verbal and written) well with people at all levels.

A good problem solver.

Able to demonstrate basic data analytical skill and programming experiences.

Capable to work in a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Proficient in Python, SQL, Tableau, VBA, Excel formula is a plus

Experience in financial reporting is a plus

The habit of paying painstaking attention to details, correct data and following procedures meticulously

Responsibilities

Keep a fresh mind & learn something new every day. Be sensitive to any new changes in the market, be fast in reacting & responding to all new changes.

Assess the impacts of new initiatives on Finance team in multiple aspects (i.e. financial reporting, treasury, tax, digital transformation, reconciliation).

Communicate internal stakeholders’ requirements to external teams and unblock launch dependencies.

Engage in end-to-end product cycles; from product launch, product control, product performance tracking, to product retirement, with cross-functional teams.

Track and/or present project status and updates. Spot out potential risks to Finance team and provide solutions to eliminate/minimise the risks. To proactively resolve project issues.

Coordinate with the internal and external parties to manage day-to-day duties of new projects.

Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned.
