Job Description
Manage and administer equity and token compensation programs, ensuring efficient operation and alignment with company goals. Collaborate across departments to support evolving needs.
Responsibilities
- Administer Token Plans: Manage the day-to-day operations of equity and token plans.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and prepare accurate financial and regulatory reports.
- Granting and Tracking: Oversee equity and token award granting processes, maintain precise records of grants and vesting schedules.
- Prepare Token Grant Agreements: Draft and issue token grant agreements for new and existing team members, vendors, and investors.
- Board Consent Preparation: Collaborate with the legal team to compile token lists required for board consents.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing education and resolving inquiries about token compensation programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, legal, People, and product teams to integrate token programs with broader organizational systems and processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to administration systems and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration or a related role. No token plan administration experience required.
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and a proactive mindset to take on diverse responsibilities as needed.
