Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in fast-paced, high-growth, and scale-up environments, with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is a plus.

Extensive experience in senior FP&A roles, ideally within a high-growth global organization.

Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic financial management.

Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial data and communicate key insights to executive leadership with clarity and confidence.

Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Background in technology or financial services is a plus.

Understanding of the crypto industry, including blockchain technology and the broader financial ecosystem is also a plus.

Responsibilities

Scale and lead a cross-border finance team, overseeing financial operations, strategic planning, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, accounting, compliance, and risk assessment.

Develop and maintain annual, monthly, and rolling 12-month budgets, P&L, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring a strong understanding of revenue and cost drivers.

Analyze business initiatives, product launches, and new service offerings to drive financial efficiency and growth.

Oversee periodic closings, audits, and financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing external accounting relationships.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and business execution.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Communicate strategic goals, financial plans, and results to the board, investors, and key stakeholders.

Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.

Ensure effective management of cash, AR, AP, and token assets to meet financial objectives.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the crypto market and blockchain technology, leveraging insights to inform financial planning and budgeting.
