You’ll have wide-ranging responsibilities: managing complex calendars, optimizing workflows, running special projects, and acting as the connective tissue across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize calendars, coordinate logistics, and prioritize meetings for the COO and Head of Engineering
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, their teams, and external stakeholders — ensuring clear, timely communication
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Organize and prepare for key meetings, offsites, speaking engagements, and events
  • Drive follow-up and accountability on action items from meetings
  • Build and improve processes to increase the executives’ efficiency and bandwidth
  • Partner cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and keep initiatives on track
  • Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years supporting C-level executives in high-growth environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
  • Experience managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • Integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • NYC-based is a must
