Job Description

Oversee administrative operations for the Hungary office and remotely support broader European initiatives. Requires strong administration, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee space planning, lease negotiations, and office setup.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and maintaining a conducive work environment.
  • Manage employee welfare programs, team-building activities, and regional events to foster engagement and connection.
  • Organize and execute local and regional celebrations, ensuring cultural relevance and inclusivity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Europe-based staff, including flight bookings, hotel booking, and transportation logistics.
  • Address travel-related queries and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
  • Maintain oversight of fixed assets and inventory across the region.
  • Manage procurement processes, negotiate with vendors, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Laptop distribution and collection for staff on/ off boarding
  • Monitor regional budgets, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead or contribute to office renovation, expansion, and relocation projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless execution.
  • Draft and implement administrative policies tailored to regional needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Provide remote admin support in EUR regions based on business needs.
  • Align regional administrative practices and streamline operational processes.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in administrative roles, with regional or multi-location oversight preferred.
  • Strong understanding of office operations, asset management, procurement, budget control, and data analysis.
  • Proven experience in travel logistics and event management.
  • Familiarity with office renovation and expansion projects.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Hungarian; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
