Lead deal flow for the Chainlink Build program, sourcing and closing high-value leads, and funneling talent into the program. Ensure the success of Build projects from identification and acquisition to onboarding.

Requirements

  • The ability to identify, assess, and close high-quality projects in the Web3 space.
  • Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships while navigating the Web3 start-up landscape
  • Experience in procuring top protocols in a sales capacity in the blockchain space
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of deals from execution to completion.
