About Binance Square

Binance Square aims to be the one-stop social platform for the latest trends in Web3 and crypto. With a vast selection of content from renowned crypto experts, avid enthusiasts, and trusted media sources, the platform serves as a bridge between content creators and their followers, customizing users’ feeds based on their respective engagement history. Join us to be part of a team that is shaping the future of social interaction in the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery

Assist in identifying and reaching out to local crypto creators, influencers, and community leaders for onboarding to Binance Square

Help coordinate online events (e.g., AMAs, live sessions) and local activations with creators and community members

Monitor, analyze, and report key engagement metrics and community feedback to help optimize creator campaigns and content strategies

Stay updated on local crypto trends, news, and rising creators, preparing regular landscape updates for the team

Support the end-to-end onboarding process, including outreach, documentation, and technical guidance for new creators

Job Requirements

Familiarity with the local crypto culture and online creator/influencer landscape

Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional language skills in Arabic would be an advantage

Past experience in Web3, Crypto Startups preferred

Prior experience with community management, social media, or content creation is a plus

Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

University student or recent graduate based in the local market, with a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities
