Requirements

Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles in banking, finance, or crypto, with team leadership and solid financial market knowledge.

Effective team leader and communicator, confident in engaging executive stakeholders, with fluent German and additional languages as a plus.

Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Experienced in end-to-end project management and process optimization, with a proactive approach to ownership.

Strategic and action-oriented thinker, ideally with a background in startups or fintech.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a high-performing team by setting clear goals, defining KPIs, and driving execution for corporate crypto clients.

Develop strategic account plans to grow corporate client relationships, identify opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor by maintaining consistent communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring client needs shape products and services.

Represent Bitpanda at industry events, organize targeted initiatives and develop compelling acquisition strategies.

Drive cross-functional projects that enhance products and processes, while improving client onboarding and account management workflows.

Monitor market, competitor, and regulatory trends to inform strategic decisions and support continuous innovation.
