Job Description
Drive adoption and growth of DREX (Digital Real) solutions in Brazil by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, building relationships with financial institutions and partners, and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for DREX (Digital Real) solutions in Brazil.
- Build and manage relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, and corporate partners.
- Identify business opportunities and drive partnerships to expand adoption.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
- Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry trends.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in fintech, payments, or digital assets.
- Strong knowledge of Brazil’s financial sector, including DREX, open banking, and digital payments.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and engage with key stakeholders.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus!).
