BitGo is hiring a Fintech Sales Associate to work closely with senior team members, supporting live deals and becoming an expert in fintech, payments, and BitGo's products. The role involves the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in crypto, traditional finance (investment or corporate banking), or fintech. Client-facing experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience interacting with and offering white-glove coverage and service to institutional clients
  • Knowledge of fintech, financial markets, crypto market trends, custody
  • Ability to work in a competitive, fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior members of the fintech sales team to co-own client relationships.
  • Provide support for live deals, including but not limited to preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with other internal teams.
  • Become a subject matter expert in fintech & payments
  • Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and BitGo's custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi products
  • Work in a fast paced environment, driving and managing client requests, issues, and initiatives across multiple teams including trading, lending, operations, compliance, and support.
  • Responsible for the full sales-cycle. Prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, and importantly, close.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging your expertise of BitGo's products and how they meet the needs of a specific client
