Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; experience in a hyper-growth tech startup or SaaS environment preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and scaling partnerships that drive revenue and growth; strong network within the tech industry.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills; proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships that align with TFH’s growth goals, product expansion, and revenue objectives.
  • Develop a partnership strategy that enhances market reach, accelerates product adoption, and strengthens competitive advantage.
  • Build and cultivate high-impact relationships with key partners, including technology providers, channel partners, resellers, and alliances.
  • Business Development and Revenue Growth: Drive business development efforts to expand the company’s market presence, revenue streams, and customer base.
  • Explore and lead new business initiatives and vertical expansions, identifying opportunities for diversification and innovation.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize revenue generation through partnership-driven channels.
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Assessment: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging players that can be potential partners.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic fit, potential revenue, and alignment with the company’s value proposition and long-term goals.
  • Develop business cases and proposals for new partnerships, working closely with finance and product teams to evaluate ROI and resource requirements.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial engagement and agreement through to implementation and ongoing relationship management.
  • Ensure all partnerships are structured to protect the company’s interests, promote mutual value, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and market operations teams to align partnership goals with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee joint marketing and co-branding efforts to amplify partner visibility and enhance market penetration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and execution driver for all partnerships, ensuring effective communication and alignment across departments.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing partnerships and business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Set team KPIs, performance metrics, and goals that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Promote skill development and knowledge sharing, empowering the team to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators, progress against targets, and overall impact of partnership activities.
  • Continuously refine strategies and processes to optimize partnership outcomes and adapt to market dynamics.
