Job Description
This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction, and providing technical support for a cross-chain asset movement platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in client success or developer relations and be comfortable working with technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Make our partners feel cared for and in safe hands.
- Answer technical questions around the companies Widgets, API and SDK. Via Telegram and video call.
- Manage the status of partner integrations, taking over from BD once a partnership has been closed.
- Research technology of other projects and create solution architectures for their integration with the business. This requires a strong understanding of cross-chain mechanisms and smart contracts.
- Share briefs with marketing, product and management for specific high-impact partner integrations.
- Reach out to our existing partners, understand their needs, feed back data on the performance of their integration.
- Make demo integrations to get partners started on their journey
Requirements
- Proven experience working with a large set of partners, leaving them feeling satisfied.
- Professional, concise and clear communication skills.
- Ability to communicate abstract concepts with ease.
- Strong organisational skills. Keeping a tracker up to date and knowing where many moving parts are at once.
- Ability to answer technical questions in React, Typescript, Solidity and cross-chain mechanism.
- Beginner/intermediate skills in Typescript/Solidity.
- Hard worker and excited to join a team at a moment of huge growth
- Experience in Web3 is beneficial, but not required. If you have a strong professional experience in client success and/or developer relations we will happily train you in everything you need to know.
