Job Description

Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve OKX SG's growth objectives. Lead and inspire sales, marketing and customer success teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve OKX SG's growth objectives
  • Lead and inspire sales, marketing and customer success teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with key clients, industry partners and stakeholders
  • Work with Legal and Compliance, Finance, Risk and Audit, to put in place strong governance and controls to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Drive overall strategic direction with the rest of the executive leadership team

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in financial services, fintech or related industries
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore wholesale and/or private banking landscape
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and partners and navigate complex negotiations
  • Passionate about the potential of blockchain technology and crypto
