Job Description
As part of its key priorities for the coming years, Ledger is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager within the Consumer Sales Team. You will be responsible for managing distributors and onboarding retailers that operate online first before moving to physical stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in both online and offline retail environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability across online and physical retail channels.
- Manage distributor relationships, including contract negotiations, terms, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with retailers to increase conversion by enhancing content and boosting visibility.
- Drive in-store launch plans based on return on investment (ROI) when appropriate.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Obtain and analyze sales data from new retailers to ensure optimal stock levels for maintaining online buy boxes.
- Work with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to align retail activities with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in online retail management, with experience in brick-and-mortar retail. Background in international Consumer Electronics and/or e-commerce.
- Skills:Proven track record in managing retail channels and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Attributes:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Adaptable to changing priorities in the blockchain industry.
- Fluent in English. German, Italian, Spanish, or Turkish is a plus
- Plus : Enthusiast in crypto and/or tech.
