Job Description
As a Network Partnerships Manager, you will own Safe's network engagement activities, from initial contact to partnership establishment and management. This critical role contributes to Safe's long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Identification of new relevant networks and inbound management.
- Serve as the main touchpoint for all network relations.
- Streamline discovery, prioritisation logic and execution of networks rollouts.
- Proactively identify and engage new networks.
- Closing and extension of agreements with networks.
- Communicate and refine Safe’s value proposition to networks.
- Account and Relationship Management with networks.
- Creation of new initiatives in collaboration with networks.
- Inclusion and sales of existing initiatives to span across more networks.
Requirements
- Worked in BD / Enterprise Sales for 3+ years and in web3 for 2+ years.
- Highly familiar with the Ethereum Ecosystem, especially the L2 landscape ideally from work at one or more networks.
- High affinity towards highly technical concepts.
- Natural multitasker: Can handle many conversations in parallel and does not leave conversations unresolved, knows how to keep track of many conversations using a CRM system.
- Personal user of web3 technologies.
- Ability to align roadmaps with different internal stakeholders, including technical teams.
- Highly organised autonomous individual with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective and concise communication skills, both verbally and written, with all levels of personnel, both internal and external.
- Punctual attendance with an attentive attitude towards time management and deadlines.
- Comfortable handling clients with high expectations and taking responsibility for their updates.
- Able to confidently coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
