We’re looking for a Sales Lead who will define and execute our sales strategy and establish the foundation for Dakota’s sales discipline. The right candidate has a builder mentality with a strong background in B2B sales. You'll own outbound and inbound sales, GTM partnerships, and play a pivotal role in shaping our overall go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience with demonstrable expertise
  • Strategic thinker capable of building a sales organization from the ground up
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, comfortable operating at executive levels
  • Familiarity with fintech, crypto, or financial services.
  • Driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies targeting enterprises and financial institutions
  • Build and maintain high-value GTM partnerships to accelerate customer growth
  • Establish and refine the sales process and infrastructure to drive repeatable, scalable success
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and shared success
  • Represent Dakota at industry events, fostering strong relationships and market visibility
