Source and originate new client business for OKX's leading exchange platform. Generate a sales pipeline from new and existing clients, achieving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for crypto products with particular emphasis on our key offerings
  • Experienced sales professional with a proven track record of building prospect pipeline, developing opportunities and closing deals.
  • Ability to negotiate contractual and commercial terms. Able to work with legal team on ensuring OKX interests are safeguarded.
  • In-depth knowledge of the crypto landscape in the UAE
  • "Compliance First" attitude to business
  • Well connected in the local VIP/Trader crypto community
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian
  • Responsibilities

  • Source and originate new client business for OKX's leading exchange platform.
  • Generate a sales pipeline from new and existing clients from across the financial markets; leveraging personal networks and external partners.
  • Identify and drive corporate and high net-worth individual sales opportunities.
  • Drive sales origination and lead generation efforts with new potential clients through events and other innovative methods of connectivity.
  • Perform regular follow-up calls and emails to offer white glove service and move potential clients through the sales process (from A to Trade).
  • Produce sales pitch documents, and implement a well-defined pre and post sales process.
  • Maximise wallet value for existing customers - leverage an in depth knowledge of customer preferences.
  • Feed into product development roadmap – notably collaborating with Product in the sharing of feedback from clients.
  • Representing OKX at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition.
  • Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients.
  • Proactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.
  • Work cross-departmentally to find solutions to complex scenarios and compliance related queries.
