Job Description
Supports the expansion of market-making services across digital asset ecosystems, working with sales, trading, and operations teams. Responsibilities include acquiring new counterparties, growing existing business, and collaborating on protocol efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team with growing the Liquidity Provision/Market Making business - compiling a list of potential new counterparties, assessing business opportunities with existing relationships, protocols, exchanges and institutional players in the crypto space
- Collaborate on and refer additional protocol efforts, including OTC and treasury management solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams (trading, ops, legal, compliance) to tailor solutions for clients
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market, particularly around token launches and new protocols
- Assist in crafting proposals, presentations to prospective clients
- Work on automating the reporting and optimizing processes and pipelines more efficiently
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics, or a related degree
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the crypto sector/ trading companies is an advantage
- Genuine interest and strong understanding of cryptocurrency and the digital asset ecosystem
- A network of contacts within the crypto industry
- Strong written and verbal skills, fluent in English is mandatory
- Ability to communicate internally and externally, work with deadlines, organize and prioritize tasks
