Job Description

Drive adoption of the OKX DEX API by expanding the developer community in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, building strategic partnerships, and providing integration support. Requires identifying market trends and leveraging them for growth in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote OKX DEX API: Actively identify and reach out to potential partners on Solana ecosystem (e.g., wallets, DeFi protocols, AI Agents, trading platforms, etc.) for OKX DEX API integrations. Develop customized value propositions that align with partner needs and the API's features.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Actively engage with Malaysia's developer community by building strong relationships with leading local projects. Focus on fostering collaborations with high-quality projects, particularly those based in Malaysia and Solana ecosystem initiatives. Assist the marketing team in organizing periodic meetups in Malaysia to deepen connections within the local developer ecosystem, increasing the influence and recognition of the DEX API in the region. Strengthen ties with key stakeholders across the DeFi space to drive adoption and establish a solid presence in the market. Identify opportunities to expand the API's usage and drive transaction volume across partnerships.
  • Market Trends & Insights: Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, exploring opportunities to position OKX DEX API as the preferred solution for a variety of projects. Monitor industry developments, competitive landscapes, and user demand to inform strategic decisions.
  • Integration & Growth Enablement: Work closely with product team to support smooth onboarding of partners using the OKX DEX API. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure successful GTM for new integrations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales / business development.
  • Possess a good understanding of the Solana ecosystem and its developer communities.
  • Familiar with the crypto space in various countries, ideally Malaysia, and be interested in engaging with local builders.
  • Ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task, hit deadlines, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.
