  • Lead efforts to acquire new VIPs and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments like global marketing, product, SEO, LCD, and CS to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
