Requirements

  • Sales experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or any related space, with a track record in building large partnership networks from start to finish
  • Experience in account executives or the front end of business and client development
  • Experience in leading a team, ideally revenue generating team
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enthusiasm with a data-driven approach
  • Understanding of fundamental affiliate program or partnership program KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
  • Open to business traveling to CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions if required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse and international internal teams and external partners; experience working with key stakeholder management; Able to work with stakeholders across different levels
  • Being fluent in English and native Russian is a must.
  • Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the revenue growth from trusted accounts and scaling business partnership
  • Responsible for managing a team of affiliate business development managers who focused on key markets, including setting strategy and KPI deliveries for the team
  • Proactively identify and develop partners (affiliates) / KOL / key account relationships for future business opportunities
  • Oversee stages of partnership acquisition and reactivation, including lead generation, prospecting, initial contact, meetings, contract negotiation, integration, and project performance optimization.
  • Nurture and enhance relationships with local key trading accounts, projects, media & crypto influencers, and VIP- accounts, being in contact with them frequently and building partnerships with influencers for user acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Actively contribute to the regional strategies that align with the overall company goals, recommend and see through objectives, targets, and action plans, keeping to timelines and budgets.
  • Support the management and lead engineers in negotiating commercial terms and conditions with new and recurring businesses, which includes proposing new business models and structures as needed.
  • Support Product & Engineering lines for product development activities
  • Active involvement in regional online and offline marketing activities and business events; stay up-to-date with industry/product/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes.
