Requirements

4+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, relationship management, sales, or customer success—ideally in crypto, fintech, trading, or financial services.

Proven ability to manage high-value/HNW clients with exceptional service standards.

Deep understanding of crypto markets and trader behaviors (or strong eagerness to learn quickly).

Fluent in one or more languages relevant to your regional market i.e.. Arabic; strong cultural awareness and appreciation required.

Highly organized, data-driven, and performance-oriented.

Confident communicator and trusted advisor with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and compliance-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value traders, acting as the main point of contact and advocate for each client.

Deliver concierge-level support and guidance, offering proactive outreach and rapid response to client needs.

Provide personalized insights, market intelligence, and platform tips to drive engagement and deepen client loyalty.

Identify and execute on cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with client needs and behaviors.

Monitor client usage and AUM to uncover growth opportunities and retention risks.

Drive product adoption and trading frequency by surfacing relevant features and tools.

Track client satisfaction through NPS and qualitative feedback loops, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Work closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to deliver a seamless client experience and elevate the voice of the customer internally.

Help grow the business through referrals, network expansion, and deep relationship-building.
