The Compliance Analyst will track official letters/notifications, conduct research to respond, and prepare draft responses for official institutions. They will also make suspicious transaction notifications and participate in compliance reviews and investigations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Good command of English and Turkish
  • Must be a Turkish citizen
  • Knowledge of AML/CFT/Sanctions/KYC and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker, and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks.
  • Intuitive, highly ethical, and comfortable to question and challenge.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Responsibilities

  • Keeping track of official letters/notifications received by OKX via KEP, UETS and mail, conducting information research through the company's system in order to respond to these notifications, preparing draft responses to be submitted to official institutions by making the necessary analysis and submitting them via KEP.
  • Making the necessary suspicious transaction notifications to MASAK in line with the requests received from official institutions.
  • Participate track and monitor compliance reviews and investigations.
  • Make determinations and decisions on cases investigated.
  • Conduct additional research to ascertain the validity of matches/findings.
  • Prepare MASAK materials and draft MASAK narratives.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Engaging cross-functionally (with groups such as Data, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Product, and Risk) to implement an effective compliance management program aligned with global standards and industry best practices.
