Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 8+ years of experience in trading advisory compliance, liquidity management, regulatory controls, trading product design or closely related fields
  • Proficiency with trading and investment products, e.g. spot, margin, options, perpetual swaps, OTC products, etc.
  • Strong regulatory knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements for market transparency and integrity, including derivatives licensing obligations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, initiative, and integrity.
  • Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Responsibilities

  • Enhance and support the global trade compliance program, controls and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices of trading activities, including policies, procedures, guidelines, trading manuals, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze global regulatory updates in all jurisdictions OKX operates and enhance/adapt compliance programs accordingly. This may include trading product design evaluations for regulatory obligations related to derivatives products (i.e. MIFID, VARA, ASIC).
  • Support all aspects of trading, listing, and liquidity management to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.
  • Engage directly and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Trading, Liquidity Management, Product, Risk, Operations, and Legal and Compliance team members to identify and report on market integrity risks, implement sound controls, and advise on trading activities in line with regulatory obligations or best practices.
