Conducts in-depth analysis of P2P business data to uncover new business growth points and analyzes user/merchant behavior data to identify risks. Generates analytical reports and delivers strategies leveraging business data and insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations and analysis.
  • Possess good communication skills and a strong teamwork spirit, adept at breaking down tasks, goal-oriented, and possess structured-thinking.
  • Strong logical thinking and data analysis abilities, with a solid understanding of algorithms and product sense.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language, and fluency in Mandarin as the role will require liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

    • Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of P2P business data to uncover new business growth points through user research, industry benchmarking, feature mining, and other methods.
  • Analyse user/merchant behaviour data to identify abnormal behaviours and potential risks, and propose improvement suggestions.
  • Be responsible for generating regular and special analytical reports, and delivering targeted and forward-looking strategies.
  • Proficiently use SQL tools to efficiently complete data cleaning, processing, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
  • Leverage business data and insights to plan data product requirements and independently conduct high-quality data analysis, solution design, and documentation.
