Supports product and marketing teams through analysis, reporting, and experimentation to enhance user experience and drive business growth. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of data analysis experience in a product-focused environment
  • BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Experience with A/B test design, implementation, and measurement
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap) is a plus
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable way
  • You are a team player who collaborates with empathy and respect
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

    • Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of user acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion performance
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to product and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with product teams to define and implement relevant KPIs
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and user flows
  • Provide recommendations based on experiment results to drive product improvements.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, growth managers and UX/UI designers to align data insights with product development goals. Communicate findings in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the data engineering team to optimize data models in dbt
