A seasoned data analytics professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience leading high-quality analytics and reporting solutions in fast-paced environments. This role involves managing large-scale datasets, using BI tools, and translating data findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or VP-level position.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL with a deep understanding of query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and distributed data systems like Spark
  • Strong familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with client onboarding, counterparty data, and related operational processes.
  • Deep understanding of financial datasets and metrics (transactions, positions, volumes, PnL).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or analytical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Finance.
  • Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a team of data analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Design, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries and workflows, ensuring efficient performance across large-scale datasets.
  • Oversee the implementation and use of distributed data warehouses and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using common BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders across sales, operations, and product teams.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and operations to align data strategy with business goals.
  • Collaborate on client onboarding and counterparty data workflows, ensuring integrity, completeness, and usability of client data.
  • Analyze and interpret financial datasets, including transactions, positions, profit and loss (PnL), and volumes to identify trends and support strategic planning.
