Maximize impact by directly working with PMs to generate trading ideas and take them to production. Use computer engineering and statistical skills to research, code, test, and build quantitative models supporting arbitrage trading.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics or a related discipline.
  • Ability to reason logically, deliver under pressure and take ownership.
  • Experience with quantitative research methodologies, such as time series analysis, machine learning, optimization techniques, and backtesting frameworks.
  • Basic programming skills in at least one scripting language, preferably Python, with the ability to source, clean, and analyze data efficiently.
  • Familiarity with on-chain analytics and blockchain data sources, such as Dune Dashboard, CoinMarketCap, Glassnode, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex quantitative concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English.

    • Responsibilities

  • Generate trading ideas and take them to production.
  • Research, code, test and build quantitative models that support arbitrage trading business.
  • Design, implement, and test mid-frequency alpha strategies/alphas. Develop either greenfield or enhance existing backtesting frameworks to validate strategy performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantitative research into production strategies.
  • Investigate crypto-related products and make your research relevant for crypto.
