Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in data-related fields or product management fields, familiar with data warehouses, data applications, and data analytics tools.

Demonstrated project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex technical challenges in a rapidly evolving environment.

High level of responsibility, strong ownership and resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities

Data Business Partner: Understanding business use cases, prioritizing data requests, collaborating with Data Engineer and backend team to design internal data pipelines/models.

Stakeholder Collaboration and SOP Development: Partnering with data analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring seamless user experience and driving improvements in user satisfaction rate.

Data Governance: Collaborating with data, backend, and frontend teams to initiate and lead data governance projects, ensuring a robust and scalable data infrastructure.
