About the Role and Team

The Business Automation team builds innovative software, tooling, and automation used to operate the world's most secure cryptocurrency company. We're looking for self-driven experimenters who can help drive improvements for a constantly changing business. We value candidates that love to learn, share knowledge, and possess a problem-solving mindset. You will be working with all internal teams on high availability products and tooling critical to Crypto.com's success.

Key Responsibilities

The operations team is responsible for the token price page, internal portal, and custom tooling. We are constantly collaborating with all other teams to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with industry standards. A high degree of autonomy is given and expected in order to meet the demands of all our stakeholders. We are expected to drive the implementation of technical improvements for complex business requirements. Projects and teams we collaborate with include:

* Onboarding and continuous KYC for customers (Compliance Team)

* Marketing and CRM tooling (Growth Team)

* Improving performance of crypto deposits and withdrawals (Blockchain/Payments Team)

* UI/UX design, business requirements

Work with tech and product teams to deliver industry-leading features to our customers

Collaborate with non-technical teams on improvements to internal tooling

Be responsible for full stack development, including designing user interactions on websites, developing server and database for website functionality

Maintain operations portal with high availability requirements

Build out MVPs and experiments to validate/test ideas and products

Job Requirements

End-to-end web application development experience

Proficiency in at least one backend language

Proficiency in at least one modern Javascript framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)

Experience with Git Workflow

Familiarity with testing practices

Strong English communication skills
