About Our Team

The Business Automation team builds innovative software, tooling and automation used to operate the world's most secure cryptocurrency company.

You will be working with all internal teams on high availability products and tooling critical to the company's success.

Job Responsibilities

This team is responsible for the token price page, internal portal and custom tooling used by . We are constantly collaborating with all other teams to streamline workflows and ensure we are compliant with industry standards. A high degree of autonomy is given and expected from us in order to meet the demands of all our stakeholders. We are expected to drive the implementation of technical improvements for complex business requirements.

Work with tech and product teams to deliver industry-leading features to our customers

Collaborate with non-technical teams on improvements to internal tooling

Responsible for full stack development, including designing user interactions on websites, developing server and database for website functionality

Maintain operations portal with high availability requirements

Build out MVPs and experiments to validate/test ideas and products

Projects and teams we collaborate with include:

Onboarding and continuous KYC for customers

Compliance Team Marketing and CRM tooling

Growth Team Improving performance of crypto deposits and withdrawals

Blockchain/Payments Team UI/UX design, business requirements

Job Requirements

End-to-end web application development experience

Proficiency in at least one backend language

At least one modern Javascript framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc)

Familiarity with Git Workflow and testing practices

Strong English communication skills

Functional programming experience

DevOps experience
