Lead a full-stack engineering team, build developer infrastructure, and optimize developer experience for a crypto wallet used by millions. Collaborate with engineers and founders to define and execute the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years full-time software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years professional engineering management experience.
  • 1+ years full-time experience in a blockchain based project.
  • Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms

    • Responsibilities

  • Managing and coaching a full-stack engineering team and guide the development of infrastructure across web, mobile, backend and data engineering.
  • Being a thoughtful technical voice and support your team and the broader engineering organization in making diligent architectural decisions.
  • Collaborating with engineers and the founders to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap.
  • Working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.
