About the Team

Our team is responsible for crafting the complete UI ecosystem that powers Bitpanda’s core trading functionalities, including buying, selling, and swapping crypto and traditional assets, implementing sophisticated trading features like Take Profit/Stop Loss orders, enabling Margin Trading capabilities, and designing automated Savings Plans that make investing effortless for users at every level.

What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions that enhance the discovery experience.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align team efforts with business goals and user needs.

Oversee the technical delivery of features and improvements, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment, to maintain a robust development process.

Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration to inspire the team to excel.

Who You Are

A seasoned engineering leader with proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex, customer-focused projects.

Proficient in modern front-end and back-end technologies, with a solid understanding of mobile and web development, including real-time communication.

Skilled at navigating cross-functional collaboration and balancing technical trade-offs with business priorities.

Passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for diverse audiences.

An excellent communicator and problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
