Manage and grow a team of software engineers, collaborate across the company to deliver complex projects, and work with leadership to define team roadmaps and priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and growing teams of 10-20 people or more.
  • Engineering background, ability to work effectively with protocol engineers.
  • Project management skills, good stakeholder communication.
  • Application development experience, you know how to bridge the gap from low-level protocols to make a great higher-level application development experience.
  • Ability to prioritise and identify the most impactful projects.
  • Can develop solutions and product ideas from scratch and execute on their creation.
  • Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a team of software engineers.
  • Collaborate across the company to deliver complex projects.
  • Work with leadership to define the roadmap and priorities for the team to have the biggest impact.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and help Parity address them better.
  • Work with cutting-edge, decentralised protocols.
