About the Role and Team

The Business Automation team builds innovative software, tooling and automation used to operate the world's most secure cryptocurrency company.

We're looking for self-driven experimenters who can help drive improvements for a constantly changing business. We like candidates that love to learn, share knowledge, and who have problem-solving mindsets. You will be working with all internal teams on high availability products and tooling critical to the company's success.

Build new software, tooling and automation for the internal teams

Iterate and improve on distributed and mission critical services

Manage project priorities and deliver high quality, tested code

End-to-end web or mobile application development

Strong knowledge of one backend language (preferably Elixir, Node.js or Ruby)

Experience in a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, etc), Kotlin, or Swift

Test Driven Development

General experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

Good to Have

Ability to teach and mentor others
