Mantle is building a sustainable hub for on-chain finance. This role requires experience in Go programming, blockchain, and distributed systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3-7 years of experience in blockchain and distributed systems design and development.

Extensive experience in cryptography and blockchain, familiar with mainstream blockchain platforms and core algorithms.

Solid foundation in operating systems, algorithms, data structures, and network programming; able to quickly conduct POC development and verification.

Proficient in Go programming language, familiar with common frameworks, storage technologies (MySQL/Redis/Kafka), and middleware; experience with containers and Kubernetes is preferred.

Proficient in Solidity smart contracts; relevant development experience is preferred.

Experience with blockchain open-source projects (Ethereum, Cosmos, Optimism...) is preferred.

Familiarity with zero-knowledge proof algorithms and zkEVM projects is preferred.

Able to quickly read English papers and materials, with strong research ability and self-motivation.
