Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in R&D and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Cloud microservices, with strong coding style and algorithm skills.
  • Experience with data computation and analysis tools such as Flink, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, SkyWalking, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, and Python.
  • Experience with RAG/Agent development and tuning.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with a clear analytical approach and holistic architectural thinking.
  • Product-oriented mindset, familiarity with the R&D process, and expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and strong English communication skills.
  • Experience in building stability assurance systems, monitoring systems, root cause diagnostic systems, or chaos engineering systems.
