Requirements

A strong desire to automate and streamline releases

Proficiency in a programming language e.g. Rust

Experience owning a complex, federated release management process

Ability to articulate the purpose of release management, key outcomes, how to track them, and measure improvements

Skilled at communicating core release management principles—version control, risk management, traceability—to diverse stakeholders

Basic understanding of security processes and principles

Strong knowledge of CI tools

Proven experience in building effective automation
