Requirements

  • A strong desire to automate and streamline releases
  • Proficiency in a programming language e.g. Rust
  • Experience owning a complex, federated release management process
  • Ability to articulate the purpose of release management, key outcomes, how to track them, and measure improvements
  • Skilled at communicating core release management principles—version control, risk management, traceability—to diverse stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of security processes and principles
  • Strong knowledge of CI tools
  • Proven experience in building effective automation
