Job Requirements

3-7+ years of DevOps/SRE experience, 2+ years of production K8s experience (including upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization).

Proficiency in a mainstream CI/CD practice (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins).

Familiarity with Helm/Kustomize, container image optimization (multi-stage builds, SBOM, image signing).

Strong grasp of Linux/network fundamentals, scripting (Bash), and one backend language (Go/Python).

Experience with blockchain node operation and maintenance: mainnet/testnet deployment, data directory and snapshots, upgrades and rollbacks, monitoring and alarming.

Familiarity with Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager and EFK/ELK/Loki, understanding of OTel.

Strong security awareness: Secrets management, CVE governance, image and dependency scanning, least privilege principle (RBAC).

Strong communication and collaboration skills, proficient in writing Runbooks, Playbooks, change proposals, and post-mortem reports.

Nice to Have

Experience operating high-concurrency on-chain services (wallets, payments, matching, cross-chain bridges, data indexers, etc.).

Familiarity with Ethereum clients (Geth/Nethermind/Prysm/Lighthouse), Solana/Move ecosystem, or Layer2 solutions (OP Stack, Arbitrum, zk-rollups).

Understanding of service mesh, zero trust, eBPF, WAF/anti-DDoS, Sidecar/native proxy acceleration.

Experience with SRE methodologies (Error Budget, capacity and reliability governance, chaos engineering).

FinTech/compliance background (audit trails, change compliance, data sovereignty, PCI DSS knowledge).
