Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure and Security team. You will play a critical role in building, securing, and scaling the infrastructure that powers Safe, the largest multisig wallet in crypto, combining hands-on coding with strategic infra design to ensure reliability, automation, and best practices across our services.

What You Will Be Doing

Own and improve our infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and scalable systems

Automate development, deployment, and release workflows (CI/CD, observability)

Maintain and debug our service stack (AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform)

Propose and implement cost, security, and architectural improvements

Collaborate with product teams to enable faster development and delivery

Configure monitoring and alerting (Datadog) to prevent and respond to incidents

What You Will Bring

Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm

Experience with Python or another programming language

Linux administration expertise

Strong knowledge of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)

Docker and containerization proficiency

Monitoring and observability experience (Datadog or similar)

Nice to Have

Experience with Web3 infra and blockchain networks

Typescript and backend development exposure

Postgres, Redis, RabbitMQ familiarity

PagerDuty (or equivalent) on-call management

Hands-on security best practices
