Requirements

Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background.

Years of experience in application development experience

Fluent with high performance Java and async programming patterns.

Familiar with distributed systems and micro service architecture

Familiar with common middleware, such as Message Queue, RPC, cache,etc.

Experience in practicing automated testing and continuous integration.

Effective written/verbal communication and presentation skills, and strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.

Knowledge of structure product pricing and quoting system is a plus

Responsibilities

Work closely with team technical lead, liquidity managers and product managers on strategy discussion and technical solution design.

Work with team to own the strategy production environment for both feature buildout and infra upgrade for better performance.

Continuously and proactively improve strategies to be more stable, scalable and robust with auto recovery ability for 24x7 crypto trading style.

Run projects by maintaining a deep underlying of the technical infrastructure and a holistic view of the product and business
