Requirements

Solid STEM education background.

5+ years of software development experience, with at least 1 year in Java.

Strong proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking.

Strong work ethic and ownership.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience with docker and K8s is a plus.

Knowledge of market microstructure of crypto trading is a plus.

Past professional experience with Python is a plus.
