Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a Senior QA role with exposure to complex business systems.
  • Proficient in mini-program debugging tools (e.g. WeChat DevTools) and mobile testing frameworks (e.g. Appium/Detox).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java/Python) and frameworks like TestNG/Pytest for automation development.
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress for front-end automation; familiarity with modern front-end stacks (React/Vue) is a plus.
  • Practical knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, JMeter) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical risks and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to design test scenarios from user perspectives and prioritize critical issues.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring junior QA members or optimizing team-wide testing processes.
  • Self-driven with proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes autonomously in a flexible work environment.
  • Exposure to non-functional testing (security, performance, chaos engineering).

  • Lead functional testing activities, including requirement analysis, test case design, and execution, to ensure system quality meets delivery standards.
  • Develop and maintain front-end automation scripts using Cypress framework, driving improvements in test automation coverage.
  • Design and implement specialized testing solutions (e.g., API automation, performance testing) based on business scenarios.
  • Serve as a core QA member, collaborating closely with Product Managers (PMs) and developers to facilitate requirement reviews, defect resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate end-to-end integration testing with third-party teams to ensure quality delivery of external modules.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues in production/test environments, performing preliminary root-cause analysis via log reviews or code-level debugging.
  • Own and continuously improve release management processes (SOPs) to enhance deployment efficiency and stability.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • Maintain timely communication during work hours to ensure transparency and alignment with team goals.
