Requirements

3+ years of experience programming in Rust

High level understanding of common smart contract vulnerabilities

Experience using testing, quality and security analysis tools

Ability to perform Rust Code Reviews

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead and conduct comprehensive security and quality assessments for Polygon Labs' products, ensuring robust protection and functionality

Develop, document and implement both automated and manual test plans and procedures to guarantee high-quality releases

Advocate for testing and code quality within engineering teams driving best practices and continuous improvement.

Identify, track, and document issues, collaborating closely with developers to facilitate quick and efficient resolution

Serve as a key resource on software engineering best practices, particularly Rust, and proactively mentor team members through code reviews, learning materials, and retrospectives
