Job Overview

This role has a large focus (~90%) on process automation and internal systems integration, combined with a small amount of desktop support (e.g. setting up company laptops). You’ll be working closely with teams including PeopleOps, Security, BD, and Data Engineering to identify bottlenecks and solve them with smart, scalable tech solutions.

This role requires you to be located in Berlin, Germany, with some office presence needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate internal workflows such as onboarding and offboarding using scripting and integration tools
  • Build and maintain integrations between internal tools, such as Google Workspace and HubSpot — including systems that don’t natively integrate
  • Write and maintain Python and Bash scripts to reduce manual tasks and improve team efficiency
  • Provide limited desktop support (~10% of your time), including equipment setup and access rights management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Operations, Security, Business Development, and Data Engineering to identify process gaps and implement technical solutions
  • Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in desktop or IT support, including hardware setup, access rights management, and Mobile Device Management (MDM), combined with a desire to move into more technical and project-based engineering work
  • Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash, with a focus on automation over manual work
  • Experience working with identity and access management tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, or Microsoft Entra
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or similar tools for workflow automation
  • Demonstrated experience with software or systems integration, either through native methods or custom solutions
  • Knowledge of SQL is a nice-to-have
  • Experience using AI tools is a nice-to-have
  • Experience with HubSpot is a big plus, but we value any hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • Self-starter mindset and strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder needs
  • A problem-solver who enjoys building internal tools, improving systems, and proactively identifying opportunities to streamline workflows
  • Must be located in Berlin, Germany (this is a hard requirement). While the role is predominantly remote, we are looking for someone who can regularly work from our Berlin office as needed — particularly for tasks like equipment setup.
  • We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!
