Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in finance/ERP system project management experience.

Experience in Oracle NetSuite management & implementation is preferred.

Experience in accounting and finance group consolidation is preferred.

Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.

Possess project ownership sense and self-motivation.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Fluent verbal & written English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the project management and maintenance of Oracle NetSuite ERP financial system.

Manage the entire lifecycle of Oracle NetSuite system project, including research of each users’ requirements, gap analyses, test cases design, UAT, training and related work.

Coordinate users to participate in the project, provide project framework and guidelines, monitor project goals, identify risks, and ensure that projects are effectively completed according to expected goals.

Provide support to users, ensure smooth usage of Oracle NetSuite and solve various problems in a timely manner.

Adapt Oracle NetSuite to meet the growing business demand of the company.
