Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Engineering, IT Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading office buildouts or major IT infrastructure refreshes.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS management, device provisioning, and IT automation.
  • Proficiency with IT management tools, including JIRA, Linear, Notion, and security monitoring platforms.
  • Strong understanding of identity & access management (IAM), endpoint security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, cabling, networking, and infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of supporting and training employees at all levels.
  • Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, SaaS tools, endpoints, and cloud services.
  • Oversee IT incident response, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Enhance IT security and compliance, working closely with the Security team on access control, endpoint security, and data protection policies.
  • Support executive leadership, providing white-glove IT service to C-level executives and high-impact teams.
  • Own IT ticket resolution, handling ad-hoc requests, Jira tickets, and SaaS management tasks.
  • Lead IT infrastructure planning for new office buildouts, expansions, and relocations.
  • Coordinate network infrastructure setup, including structured cabling, Wi-Fi deployments, AV systems, and conference room technology.
  • Manage vendor relationships for office IT hardware, networking, and service providers.
  • Oversee IT asset procurement and deployment, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees.
  • Design scalable IT infrastructure to support company growth and future expansions.
  • Lead and execute IT projects, including SaaS integrations, IT automation, and infrastructure migrations.
  • Optimize internal workflows, implementing best practices for efficiency, security, and scalability.
  • Oversee IT project tracking using Linear, JIRA, and Notion, ensuring clear progress and accountability.
  • Manage IT budgets and procurement, working with leadership to ensure cost-effective decision-making.
  • Provide IT training and knowledge-sharing, enabling employees to maximize their use of IT resources.
