Crypto.com seeks an IT Support Engineer to assist in security administration, handle user inquiries, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes. The role requires experience in IT operations and G-Suite or OKTA.

Requirements

  • General IT operations experience including
  • Helpdesk Services will be an advantage
  • IT certifications will be advantages
  • Minimum 1 year of IT experience will be advantage
  • Experience with G-Suite or OKTA, also Windows and iOS on basic level
  • Experience in Physical Office setup will be an advantage

    • Responsibilities

  • Assist in our security administration activities including but not limited to user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention and asset management.
  • Develop and implement access control workflows.
  • Handle inquiries from internal users and SLA.
  • Onboarding and offboarding process and setup laptops and user accounts.
