Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing and managing NetSuite business processes related to O2C, R2R and P2P.

Bonus points for experience with Salesforce/CRM implementation, customization and integration.

Passion for staying up-to-date with trends and innovations in ERP, CRM, and A.I. technologies.

A proactive problem-solver with a curiosity to research, adopt, and implement new technologies and methodologies.

Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively in fast-paced environments with full professional proficiency, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for NetSuite; troubleshoot issues, automate where possible, and guide users with training and documentation on features and best practices (how-to’s, FAQs, runbooks in Confluence).

Act as an advisor on NetSuite-related improvements across O2C, R2R, P2P. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess pain points, define requirements, and identify automation or optimization opportunities.

Customize and maintain NetSuite and other business apps, including workflows and scripts, in compliance with Bitpanda’s SDLC and Change Management practices.

Work closely with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and other teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and help shape the culture and impact of the Business Applications team.
